Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency of our operations, providing comprehensive support to our executive team. You will be the backbone of day-to-day management, ensuring that our leadership can focus on strategic tasks. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications.
Your Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.

Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English, with the knack for concise and effective information exchange.

Organizational Talent: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing executive schedules, events, and travel arrangements.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ChatGPT, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and capable of quickly adapting to new software and systems. Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Act as a point of contact between executives and employees or external partners, ensuring clear and prompt communication.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Manage, organize, and maintain documents and filing systems in alignment with company policies.

Assist in the preparation and organization of corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
